Preventative Maintenance for Your AV Systems

Prepare your systems for the return of people to your space. Contact us about our Back to Work service special which includes:

• 1 ½ hours of diagnostic health check of conferencing systems/AV equipment
• Preventative Maintenance included:
• Audio: Test all listening and recording devices
• Video:  Test all projectors, cameras, video inputs, racks, recording devices, and monitors
• Controllers:  Test all controllers and functionality on touch panels
• Troubleshooting: Onsite problem solving in action, as allotted time allows
• Report:  End of visit report with full description of any issues encountered
