Not only do we pay you for your time and contributions as a CTI intern, but our team’s commitment to your professional growth also extends to covering the cost and providing industry-applicable training and certification, including OSHA safety training and for the internationally recognized Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential.

At locations across the U.S., our interns experience a 10-week-long summer program structured to build fundamental skills and provide hands-on experience as they work alongside and learn from our live events, system design, and technical integration pros—the innovative and incredible people who are shaping the future of audiovisual, event production and communications tech.   • Week One: Welcome and Orientation

  • Week Two: Bootcamp and Technical Training

  • Weeks Three – Five: Field Experience and Hands-On Technology Integration

  • Weeks Six – Nine: Collaboration and Project Work with Purchasing, Sales and Design Consultants, Programming, Engineering, and Project Management

  • Week Ten: Celebration, CTS Exam Testing, and Future Career Planning
