The Challenge

Outdated Technology in a Demanding Venue

The Toyota Center, home of the Houston Rockets, is a dynamic venue hosting NBA games, concerts, esports competitions, and live events. Behind the scenes, however, the control room was operating on aging infrastructure. Legacy analog systems limited the team’s ability to manage modern content workflows efficiently. Flexibility was minimal, reliability was inconsistent, and the risk of system failure during high-pressure moments was growing.

The Solution

A Collaborative Overhaul with CTI

CTI partnered with the Houston Rockets to completely modernize the control room.
